Before Dispatch

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before dispatch.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, packaging or dispatch.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it as a standard cancellation request. Any return, refund or other remedy will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

Prepaid Orders

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled, any refund due will be processed through the applicable refund procedure.
